Federations & Livelihoods

Bhumika collaborated with Mandal-level Federations (women’s collectives) to mobilize adolescent girls and youth, strengthen grassroots leadership, and promote economic self-reliance.

At the village level, Sanghams (women’s groups) were supported in 20 villages to take up sustainable livelihood initiatives including:

• Collective farming
• Livestock management
• Income-generating activities tailored to local needs

These efforts aim to foster community-driven development, improve household incomes, and empower women as decision-makers in their families and communities.
