Networking and Convergence

Bhumika has cultivated a strong network of committed volunteers and a panel of legal advocates to support its mission for gender justice. The organization actively facilitates a forum of like-minded NGOs, working together to build grassroots capacities, share knowledge, and collectively advocate for policy changes.

In close convergence with government departments, Bhumika plays a key role in strengthening the implementation of Child, Women and Trans laws. The organization also works to influence policy reforms and push for dedicated budgetary allocations towards women’s, children and trans person’s safety and empowerment.

As part of this advocacy, a state-level civil society alliance is being strengthened to amplify collective action, better performance and ensure accountability in policy and practice.
