Bhumika Women’s Collective serves as the implementing agency for the One Stop Centre (Sakhi Centre) in Ranga Reddy district, Telangana, in collaboration with the Department of Women Development and Child Welfare and the District Collector. These centres provide comprehensive, integrated services to survivors of violence—including women, girls, and transgender individuals—ensuring safety, dignity, and access to justice. Over the years, Bhumika has also extended its support through Sakhi Centres in Karimnagar (2017–2024) and Rajanna-Sircilla (2019–March 2025). Core services include psycho-social counselling, short-stay shelter, welcome kits with essential supplies, police assistance and legal guidance, health and medical aid, and rescue operations for women and girls facing violence. Functioning as safe and supportive spaces, these centres represent Bhumika’s commitment to holistic care and survivor-centered rehabilitation.
